New director named at AHCCCS
Arizona RepublicGov. Jan Brewer today named Thomas J. Betlach, the current deputy director of AHCCCS, to the head post. Betlach will replace Tony Rodgers, who has led the agency since 2003.
Betlach has been deputy director of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System since 2002. In that role, he oversaw financial operations for the agency .
