State Senate President Tim Bee (R-Tucson) has released his first television ad in his drive to unseat incumbent U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Tucson) in the 8th Congressional District. The ad, announced by the Bee campaign Wednesday, focuses on who Bee is as a person, rather than specific points of policy.

The ad, called "Grounded," began running today on broadcast and cable stations throughout the district.
