Napolitano rallies AZ delegates

Janet Napolitano received a standing ovation as she addressed the breakfast meeting of Arizona delegates to the Democratic National Convention Monday, during which she tried to stoke the "spirit of excitement" she said characterized the convention.
"Ready to rock and roll?" asked Napolitano to the room of delegates, meeting an enthusiastic roar.
Napolitano led a show of hands to see who was a first time delegate, and at least two-thirds of the room indicated they hadn't attended a convention before.
"There's something that all conventions share," said Napolitano. "It's a spirit of excitement, of committment."
