Will the last person at AZ Dem headquarters turn out the light?

Executive Director Maria Weeg is the latest departure from the state Democratic Party.
Weeg has resigned her post, effective Feb. 28. She has led the state party's day-to-day operations for nearly two years, presiding at a time of great Democratic gains in terms of fundraising and voter registration. But Weeg took much of the blame following a November election in which those gains didn't translate into sweeping victories, especially in the Legislature where Democrats lost ground.
Fallout continues from that election. A few weeks ago, the Democratic faithful opted to oust Don Bivens from his position as state party chairman. But their chosen replacement, ...
