California: Feinstein

One thing you can be sure of, liberals are hypocrites.

The Kennedys demand no more oil--but oppose windmills in Hyannis Port.  Dianne Feinstein, whose husband makes billions of dollars in pollution creating China, demands we stop using oil--but refuses to allow solar panels in the desert.

On the Republican side, Meg Whitman, former eBay CEO, has the early lead with 21 percent support, with 54 percent undecided.

Whitman: 21 percent
Campbell: 18 percent
Poizner: 7 percent
Undecided: 54 percent

The Dem primary:

Feinstein: 38 percent
Brown: 16 percent
Villaraigosa: 16 percent
Newsom: 10 percent
Garamendi: 4 percent

Working with Pakistan is always a daunting proposition, so it seems within reason that we might want to let them keep some of our relationship secret.  And vice versa.  But, the Chair of the Intelligence Committee, our very own Sen. Dianne Feinstein, might have just put the Pakistani government in some very hot water with their populace:

With thousands of Californians losing their jobs monthly, families need help bridging the ever widening gap between their incomes and their monthly expenses.  The families I work with do essential work--they take care of children, they work in hospitals, and they take care of the elderly.  They benefit our community greatly--but many of them haven't been able to take advantage of the Child Tax Credit due to the minimum income threshold of $8,500.  Senators Boxer and Feinstein have an opportunity to change this by using their influence with Congressional leadership and the White House to push for the House version of the Child Tax Credit provision in the Economic Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
