In 1974 Jerry Brown supported collective bargaining. This one policy is the main reason unions now control government--with the mandated high pay and benefits.
Now he doesn't like it because the union representing his attorneys seem to be either honest or unable to steal.
Now Brown has gone to court to get the courts to set pay scales, instead of the union negotiating team.
Like a union owned liberal, rules mean nothing to Brown. But, a judge gave a real reason for not giving the attorneys that work for Brown a raise. ""This litigation falls under the category of 'be careful what you ask for,'" Justice Scotland wrote.
