California: Sd-03

Incumbent Carole Migden is running third in the hotly contested Democratic State Senate primary in District 3, according to a KPIX-TV/SurveyUSA poll released today.  Assemblyman Mark Leno holds a huge lead over his two opponents --  Leno, with 42%, leads former Assemblyman Joe Nation (22%) and Migden, who is at 21%.
