Joke’s on Crank in poll

Stop us if you've heard this one:

A guy walks into a bar with a presser in his hand with the latest polls numbers for his candidate.

He says: "Hey, I've got the latest poll numbers for Jeff Crank's campaign and he's in second place."

So a guy at the bar nursing a beer says: "Yeah but what's the margin of error?"

So Crank's guy responds: "Virtually zero!"

Ha, ha, ha. That one always cracks us up.

Seriously.

A retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, Bidlack is running unopposed for the Democratic CD-5 nomination against the winner of a three-way GOP primary between incumbent U.S. Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-Colorado Springs), Jeff Crank, and Bentley Rayburn.

[img_assist|nid=1084|title=U.S. Rep. Doug Lamborn|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=226|height=276]U.S. Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-Colorado Springs) was elected to Congress in 2006 following a contentious and close CD-5 Republican primary battle. Two years later, Lamborn's re-election primary campaign has proven more troublesome than what most incumbents face, as he's squaring off against two of his 2006 primary opponents: Jeff Crank and Bentley Rayburn.
