The head of a Kentucky coal lobbying organization is planning to resign at the end of the year.
David Moss, director of governmental affairs for the Kentucky Coal Association, says a successor has not yet been named to replace Bill Caylor, the group's current president. Caylor's resignation is effective Dec. 31.
Caylor declined to comment.
Yes, I guess having a wife-beater president might give a bad name to your organization that lies about global warming and advocates for ruining the water supply for half of the state. You just couldn't have that, could you?
Maybe the Mongiardo for Senate campaign will snatch him up.
