Rand Paul just made his bid for the U.S. Senate official.

Bunning apologizes for cursing in weekly conference call

FRANKFORT — U.S. Sen. Jim Bunning has apologized for using profanity in his weekly conference call with reporters on Tuesday.

The Republican from Kentucky swore when he told reporters he wouldn’t release the results of an internal political poll conducted in February. The irascible Hall of Famer said “it’s none of your goddamn business” what the poll results showed.
