2008 Legislative candidates

The following candidates plan to run for the Legislature in 2008.

This list is complete per Ethics Commission filings, and was last updated Jan. 29. New additions are in italics. Other candidates not listed may have mentioned intent to run in another forum.

References to incumbents’ length of service only refer to consecutive terms in office. Election results are according to the Secretary of State’s office.

SENATE RACES

Senate District 1: Mary Andrews, R-York, will run. Incumbent Peter Bowman, R-Kittery, is serving his first term.

S.D. 2: Current Rep. Richard Burns, D-Berwick, will run. Incumbent Richard Nass, R-Acton, is serving his third term. Nass won 7,933 to 6,487 in 2006.

S.D. 3: Robert Stackpole, D-Sanford, will run against incumbent Jonathan Courtney, R-Springvale, who is serving his second term. Courtney won 6,807 to 6,406 in 2006.

S.D. 4: Incumbent Nancy Sullivan, D-Biddeford, will seek a third term. She won 8,725 to 5,831 in 2006.

S.D. 6: Incumbent Philip Bartlett II, D-Gorham, will seek a third term. Bartlett won 8,781 to 6,690 in 2006.

S.D. 7: Current Rep. Lawrence Bliss, D-South Portland, will run. Incumbent Lynn Bromley, D-South Portland, is termed out. Bromley won 9,727 to 6,553 in 2006, with a Green Independent getting 1,353 votes.

S.D. 10 – OPEN SEAT: Current Rep. Stan Gerzofsky, D-Brunswick, will run. Incumbent and Senate President Beth Edmonds, D-Freeport, is termed out. Edmonds won 10,646 to 5,182 in 2006.

S.D. 11 – OPEN SEAT: Gerald Davis, R-Falmouth, and Jeanne Hulit, D-Falmouth, will run. Incumbent Karl Turner, R-Cumberland, is termed out. Turner won 10,668 to 8,211 in 2006.

S.D. 13: Incumbent David Hastings III, R-Fryeburg, will seek a third term. He won 7,687 to 7,058 in 2006, with an independent getting 1,559 votes.

S.D. 14: Incumbent Bruce Bryant, D-Dixfield, will seek a fourth term. He won 10,182 to 5,898 in 2006.

S.D. 15: Current Rep. Deborah Simpson, D-Auburn, will run against second-term incumbent Lois Snowe-Mello, R-Poland. Snowe-Mello won 7,735 to 7,340 in 2006.

S.D. 16 – OPEN SEAT: Current Reps. Margaret Craven, D-Lewiston, and Elaine Makas, D-Lewiston, will face each other in a primary. Incumbent Peggy Rotundo, D-Lewiston, is termed out. Rotundo won 8,443 to 3,565 in 2006.

S.D. 18: Ann Woloson, D-Belgrade, will run. Incumbent Walter Gooley, R-Farmington, is serving his first term. Gooley won 9,811 to 7,819 in 2006.

S.D. 19: Incumbent Paula Benoit, R-Phippsburg, will seek a second term. Benoit won 9,015 to 8,413 in 2006.

S.D. 20: Incumbent Dana Dow, R-Waldoboro, will seek a third term. Dow won 10,795 to 7,940 in 2006.

S.D. 21: Sharon Benoit, D-Monmouth, will run. Incumbent Earle McCormick, R-West Gardiner, is serving his first term. McCormick won 8,843 to 8,107 in 2006.

S.D. 22 – OPEN SEAT: Current Rep. David Miramant, D-Camden, will run against current Rep. Christopher Rector, R-Thomaston. Incumbent Christine Savage, R-Union, is termed out. Savage won 8,845 to 7,995 in 2006.

S.D. 23: Incumbent and Senate Minority Leader Carol Weston, R-Montville, will seek a fourth term, running against Diane Messer, D-Liberty. Weston won 9.039 to 7,416 in 2006.

S.D. 24: Incumbent and Senate Majority Leader Elizabeth (Libby) Mitchell, D-Vassalboro, will seek a third term. She won 9,765 to 5,728 in 2006.

S.D. 25: Incumbent Lisa Marrache, D-Waterville, will seek a second term. Marrache won 7,578 to 5,634 in 2006.

S.D. 26: Robert Sezak, D-Fairfield, will run against S. Peter Mills, R-Cornville, who is serving his second term. Mills won 8,879 to 5,173 in 2006.

S.D. 27: Susan Mackey Andrews, D-Dover-Foxcroft, will run. Incumbent Douglas Smith, R-Dover-Foxcroft, is serving his first term. Smith won 8,003 to 6,824 in 2006.

S.D. 29: Dana Kadey, an independent from Princeton, will run. Incumbent Kevin Raye, R-Perry, is serving his third term. Four people ran for the seat in 2006. Raye got 8,328 votes, a Democrat got 2,336, Kadey got 1,856 and another independent got 774.

S.D. 30: Incumbent Elizabeth Schneider, D-Orono, will seek a third term. In 2006, she got 7,721 votes, her Republican challenger got 3,772 and an independent got 2,028.

S.D. 31: Incumbent and Assistant Minority Leader Richard Rosen, R-Bucksport, will seek a third term. He won 9.143 to 6,990 in 2006.

S.D. 32: Tom Sawyer Jr., R-Bangor, will run. Incumbent Joseph Perry, D-Bangor, is serving his second term. Perry won 7,049 to 5,692 in 2006, with an independent getting 296 votes.

S.D. 34: Incumbent Roger Sherman, R-Houlton, will seek a second term. He won 6,878 to 5,768 in 2006.

S.D. 35 – OPEN SEAT: Gary Pelletier, D-Cross Lake, and current Rep. Troy Jackson, D-Fort Kent, will face each other in a primary. Incumbent John Martin, D-Eagle Lake, is termed out. Martin won 8,449 to 4,891 in 2006.

HOUSE RACES

House District 3: Incumbent Bernard Ayotte, R-Caswell, will run against Wade McLaughlin, D-Limestone. Ayotte, who is serving his first term, won 1,715 to 1,187 in 2006.

H.D. 4: Incumbent Peter Edgecomb, R-Caribou, will seek a third term. He won 1,902 to 813 in 2006.

H.D. 5: Elizabeth Michaud, R-Presque Isle, will run. Incumbent Jeremy Fischer, D-Presque Isle, is serving his third term. Fisher won 2,150 to 710 in 2006.

H.D. 6 – OPEN SEAT: Robert Glidden Jr., D-Westfield, will run. Incumbent Jacqueline Lundeen, D-Mars Hill, is termed out. Lundeen won 1,881 to 1,122 in 2006.

H.D. 8: John Churchill, R-Washburn, will run against first-term incumbent Richard Cleary, D-Houlton. Cleary won 1,430 to 1,311 in 2006.

H.D. 10: Incumbent Herbert Clark, D-Millinocket, will seek a third term. He won 2,942 to 671 in 2006.

H.D. 11: Incumbent Everett McLeod Sr., R-Lee, will seek a third term. He won 1,785 to 1,234 in 2006.

H.D. 12: Incumbent Jeffery Gifford, R-Lincoln Center, will seek a second term. He won 1,953 to 1,145 in 2006.

H.D. 13: Incumbent Robert Duchesne, D-Hudson, will seek a third term. He won 1,687 to 1,550 in 2006.

H.D. 14: Incumbent Richard Blanchard, D-Old Town, will seek a third term. He won 2,105 to 963 in 2006.

H.D. 15 – OPEN SEAT: Adam Godde, D-Bangor, will run in a primary against Roberto Zavaleta, D-Bangor. Incumbent Jacqueline Norton, D-Bangor, is termed out. Norton won 1,841 to 1,118 in 2006.

H.D. 16 – OPEN SEAT: Steven Butterfield, D-Bangor, will run. Incumbent Patricia Blanchette, D-Bangor, is termed out. Blanchette won 1,441 to 753 in 2006.

H.D. 17 – OPEN SEAT: Sara Stevens, D-Bangor, will run. Incumbent Sean Faircloth, D-Bangor, plans to run for Attorney General. Faircloth won 1,890 to 1,132 in 2006, with an independent getting 208 votes.

H.D. 18: Torvic Vardamis, D-Bangor, will run. Incumbent Michael Dunn, D-Bangor, is serving his second term. Dunn won 1,852 to 1,702 in 2006.

H.D. 19: Incumbent Emily Cain, D-Orono, will seek a third term. She won 2,332 to 640 in 2006.

H.D. 20: Incumbent Benjamin Pratt, D-Eddington, will run against Steven Juskewitch, R-Dedham. Pratt, who is serving his second term, won 2,094 to 2,073 in 2006.

H.D. 21: Ruth-Marie Spellman, D-Brewer, will run. Incumbent Charles Fisher, D-Brewer, is serving his second term. Fisher won 2,188 to 1,494 in 2006.

H.D. 23: Incumbent David Richardson, R-Carmel, will seek a third term. He won 2,399 to 1,597 in 2006.

H.D. 24: Incumbent Douglas Thomas, R-Ripley, will seek a third term. He won 1,995 to 1,186 in 2006.

H.D. 25: House Minority Leader Joshua Tardy, R-Newport, will seek a fourth term. He won 2,718 to 796 in 2006.

H.D. 26 – OPEN SEAT: Paul Davis Sr., R-Sangerville, will run. Incumbent James Annis, R-Dover-Foxcroft, is termed out. Annis won 2,271 to 1,187 in 2006.

H.D. 28: Incumbent Dean Cray, R-Palmyra, will seek a second term. He won 2,116 to 1,465 in 2006.

H.D. 29: Incumbent Stacey Fitts, R-Pittsfield, will seek a third term. He won 1,827 to 1,200 in 2006.

H.D. 30: Dennis Mahar, D-Pembroke, will run against Jon Reisman, R-Cooper. Incumbent Howard McFadden, R-Dennysville, is serving his second term in the district. McFadden won 2,133 to 1,407 in 2006.

H.D. 31: Martin Ingham, R-Robbinston, and Judith Alexander, R-Calais, will face each other in a primary. Incumbent Anne Perry, D-Calais, will run for re-election. Perry won 1,522 to 1,332 in 2006 against Alexander.

H.D. 33: Marie Emerson, D-Addison, will run. Incumbent Joseph Tibbetts, R-Columbia, is serving his first term. Tibbetts won 1,709 to 1,534 in 2006.

H.D. 35 – OPEN SEAT: Gary Friedman, D-Bar Harbor, will run in a primary against Elsie Flemings, D-Bar Harbor. Richard Savage, R-Northeast Harbor, is also running. Incumbent Ted Koffman, D-Bar Harbor, is termed out. Koffman won 2,693 to 1,293 in 2006.

H.D. 36: Incumbent Hannah Pingree, D-North Haven, will seek a fourth term. She won 2,920 to 1,346 in 2006.

H.D. 37: Incumbent James Schatz, D-Blue Hill, will seek a third term. He won 2,267 to 1,213, with an independent getting 901 votes.

H.D. 39 – OPEN SEAT: Andre Cushing III, R-Hampden, will run. Incumbent Brian Duprey, R-Hampden, is termed out. Duprey won 2,232 to 2,214 in 2006.

H.D. 40: Incumbent Kimberly Rosen, R-Bucksport, will seek a third term. She won 2,151 to 1,589 in 2006.

H.D. 41: Maxwell Coolidge, R-Orland, will run against Veronica Magnan, D-Sandy Point. Incumbent Lance Weddell, D-Frankfort, will not seek a second term. Weddell won 2,115 to 1,753 in 2006.

H.D.42: Incumbent Michael Thibodeau, R-Winterport, will run against Seth Yentes, D-Monroe. Thibodeau, who is in his first term, won 1,940 to 1,651 in 2006.

H.D. 43: Incumbent Jayne Crosby Giles, R-Belfast, will run against Harold Halliday, D-Belfast. Giles, who is in her first term, won 2,067 to 2,049 in 2006.

H.D. 44: Incumbent Robert Walker, R-Lincolnville, will seek a second term. Walker won 2,118 to 2,100 in 2006.

H.D. 45: Incumbent John Piotti, D-Unity, will seek a fourth term, running against Matthew Evans, R-Palermo. Piotti won 2,232 to 1,322 in 2006.

H.D. 47: Incumbent Edward Mazurek, D-Rockland, will seek a third term. He won 2,130 to 1,016 in 2006.

H.D. 49: Incumbent Wesley Richardson, R-Warren, will seek a third term. He won 1,949 to 1,860 in 2006.

H.D. 50: Incumbent Wendy Pieh, D-Breman, will seek a second term. She won 2,061 to 1,858 in 2006.

H.D. 51: Incumbent Jonathan McKane, R-Newcastle, will seek a third term, running against Peter Drum, D-Damariscotta. McKane won 2,559 to 2,312 in 2006.

H.D. 52: Incumbent Elizabeth Miller, D-Somerville, will seek a third term. She won 2,131 to 1,584 in 2006.

H.D. 53: Tim Nason, D-Dresden, will run. Incumbent Peter Rines, D-Wiscasset, is turned out. Rines won 2,139 to 1,841 in 2006.

H.D. 54: Incumbent Kenneth Fletcher, R-Winslow, will seek a fourth term. Fletcher won 2,263 to 1,341 in 2006.

H.D. 55: Incumbent David Cotta, R-China, will seek a second term. He won 1,837 to 1,816 in 2006.

H.D. 57: Incumbent Patsy Crockett, D-Augusta, will seek a second term. Crockett won 1,794 to 1,289 in 2006.

H.D. 58: Incumbent William Brown, R-Vassalboro, will seek a fourth term. Brown won 2,401 to 1,119 in 2006.

H.D. 59: Incumbent Stephen Hanley, D-Gardiner, will seek a third term. He won 2,165 to 1,045 in 2006.

H.D. 60: First-term incumbent Kerri Prescott, R-Topsham, will run against Denise Tepler, D-Topsham. Prescott won 2,113 to 1,865 in 2006.

H.D.61: Incumbent W. Bruce MacDonald, D-Boothbay, will seek a second term. He won 2,680 to 2,030 in 2006.

H.D. 62: Incumbent Thomas Watson, D-Bath, will seek a fourth term. He won 2,025 to 1,250 in 2006.

H.D. 65: Carl Young, R-Woolwich, will run. Incumbent Carol Grose, D-Woolwich, is serving her third term. Grose won 2,219 to 1,664 in 2006.

H.D. 66 – OPEN SEAT: Alexander DuHoux, D-Brunswick, will run. Incumbent Stan Gerzofsky, D-Brunswick, is running for the Senate. Gerzofsky won 2,118 to 957 in 2006, with a Green Independent getting 363 votes.

H.D. 68 – Incumbent Michael Beaulieu, R-Auburn, will seek a second term. He won 2,173 to 1,743 in 2006.

H.D. 70: Panthea Burns, D-Lewiston, will run. Incumbent Mark Samson, D-Auburn, is serving his first term. Samson won 1,886 to 1,726 in 2006.

H.D. 71 – OPEN SEAT: Lewiston Mayor Laurent Gilbert, Sr., D-Lewiston will run in a primary against Michel Lajoie, D-Lewiston. Incumbent Elaine Makas, D-Lewiston, is seeking a Senate seat. Makas won 2,111 to 1,106 in 2006.

H.D. 73: Incumbent Richard Wagner, D-Lewiston, will seek a second term. He won 1,581 to 955 in 2006.

H.D. 75: Incumbent Scott Lansley, R-Sabattus, will seek a third term. Lansley won 1,932 to 1,636 in 2006.

H.D. 76 – OPEN SEAT: Henry Beck, D-Waterville, will run. Incumbent Marilyn Canavan, D-Waterville, is termed out. Canavan won 1,797 to 811 in 2006.

H.D. 77: Incumbent Pamela Trinward, D-Waterville, will seek a second term. She won 1,964 to 988 in 2006.

H.D. 78: Incumbent Jill Conover, D-Oakland, will seek a second term. Conover won 2,165 to 1,421 in 2006, with an independent getting 183 votes.

H.D. 80: Incumbent Nancy Smith, D-Monmouth, will seek a fourth term. She won 2,025 to 1,774 in 2006.

H.D. 81: Incumbent Gary Knight, R-Livermore Falls, will seek a second term against Clark Souther, D-Livermore Falls. Knight won 1,877 to 1,853 against Souther in 2006.

H.D. 83: Recently elected Pat Jones, D-Mount Vernon, will seek a second term. She won 1,652 to 1,147 in a special election last November.

H.D. 84: Incumbent Edward Finch, D-Fairfield, will seek a fourth term. He won 1,771 to 1,643 in 2006.

H.D. 85: Incumbent Donna Finley, R-Skowhegan, will seek a second term. Finley won 1,741 to 1,406 in 2006.

H.D. 86: Incumbent Philip Curtis, R-Madison, will seek a third term. Curtis won 1,836 to 1,724 in 2006.

H.D. 87 – OPEN SEAT: Paul Gilbert, D-Jay, will run. Incumbent Raymond Pineau, D-Jay, will be termed out. Pineau won 2,312 to 1,771 in 2006.

H.D. 88: Incumbent Wright Pinkham Sr., R-Lexington Twp., will seek a third term. Pinkham won 1,981 to 1,621 in 2006.

H.D. 89: Incumbent Janet Mills, D-Farmington, will seek a fourth term. She won 2,202 to 1,748 in 2006.

H.D. 90: Incumbent Thomas Saviello, U-Wilton, will seek a fourth term. Saviello won 2,940 to 964 in 2006.

H.D. 91: Incumbent Timothy Carter, D-Bethel, will seek a second term, running against Jarrod Crockett, R-Bethel. Carter won 2,173 to 2,116 in 2006.

H.D. 92 – OPEN SEAT: Matthew Peterson, D-Rumford, will run. Incumbent John Patrick, D-Rumford, is termed out. Patrick won 2,510 to 1,248 in 2006.

H.D. 93: Incumbent Sheryl Briggs, D-Mexico, will run against Katherine Harvey, R-Dixfield. Briggs won a special election against Harvey last November 1,270 to 1,090.

H.D. 94: First-term incumbent Terry Hayes, D-Buckfield, will run against Joseph Robinson II, R-Paris. Hayes won 1,898 to 1,883 in 2006.

H.D. 95: Russell Newcomb, D-Norway, will run against incumbent Sawin Millett Jr., who is serving his third term. Millett won 1,960 to 1,796 in 2006.

H.D. 96: Incumbent Lawrence Sirois, D-Turner, will run against Joshua Morris, R-Turner. Sirois, who is serving his first term, won 2,062 to 1,701 in 2006.

H.D. 97: Helen Rankin, D-Hiram, will run. Incumbent Roberta Muse, R-Fryeburg, is serving her second term. Muse won 2,124 to 1,642 in 2006.

H.D. 98: Incumbent Richard Sykes, R-Harrison, will seek a fourth term. Sykes won 2,291 to 1,793 in 2006.

H.D. 99: Incumbent Ralph Sarty Jr., R-Denmark, will seek his first full term. Sarty was elected in a special election last November 1,199 to 1,046 in 2006.

H.D. 100: James Bradley, D-Mechanic Falls, will run against second-term incumbent James Hamper, R-Oxford. Hamper won 2,104 to 1,248 against Bradley in 2006.

H.D. 101: Incumbent Richard Cebra, R-Naples, will seek a third term. He won 2,211 to 1,738 in 2006.

H.D. 102: Incumbent Gary Moore, R-Standish, will seek a fourth term. He won after a close recount in 2006.

H.D. 103: Incumbent John Robinson, R-Raymond, will seek a third term. He won 2,141 to 1,846 in 2006.

H.D. 104: Deborah Danuski, D-Lisbon Falls, will run. Incumbent Robert Berube, R-Lisbon, is serving his third term. Berube won 1,833 to 1,623 in 2006.

H.D. 106: Incumbent David Webster, D-Freeport, will seek a third term. He won 2,479 to 1,718 in 2006.

H.D. 108: Incumbent Meredith Strang-Burgess, R-Cumberland, will seek a second term. Strang-Burgess won 2,663 to 2,266 in 2006.

H.D. 109: Incumbent Susan Austin, R-Gray, will seek a fourth term, running against Anne Graham, D-North Yarmouth. Austin won 2,198 to 1,979 in 2006.

H.D. 110: Incumbent Mark Bryant, D-Windham, will seek a third term. He won 2,052 to 1,553 in 2006.

H.D. 116: Incumbent Charles Harlow, D-Portland, will seek a third term, running against Kenneth Capron, R-Portland. Harlow won 2,058 to 724 in 2006.

H.D. 117: Incumbent Anne Haskell, D-Portland, will seek a second term. She won 2,694 to 878 in 2006, with a Green Independent getting 356 votes.

H.D. 118: Incumbent Jon Hinck, D-Portland, will seek a second term. He won 1,631 to 1,534 against a Green Independent in 2006.

H.D. 119: Dan Jenkins, a Green-Independent from Portland, will run. Incumbent Herbert Adams, D-Portland, is serving his third term. Adams earned 1,004 votes in 2006. His Republican challenger got 168 votes, and his Green Independent challenger got 845 votes.

H.D. 120: Anne Rand, D-Portland, will seek a second term. She won 1,574 to 1,190 in 2006.

H.D. 122 – OPEN SEAT: Terry Morrison, D-South Portland, will run. Incumbent Lawrence Bliss, D-South Portland, is termed out. Bliss earned 2,477 votes in 2006. His Republican challenger won 1,095, and his Green Independent challenger won 501 votes.

H.D. 123: Incumbent Jane Eberle, D-South Portland, will seek a third term. She won 2,597 to 1,473 in 2006.

H.D. 124: Incumbent Bryan Kaenrath, D-South Portland, will seek a second term. He won 1,692 to 971 in 2006.

H.D. 125: Incumbent Ann Peoples, D-Westbrook, will seek a second term. She won 1,894 to 1,549 in 2006.

H.D. 126: Incumbent Timothy Driscoll, D-Westbrook, will seek a third term. He won 1,742 to 1,048 in 2006.

H.D. 127: Incumbent John McDonough, R-Scarborough, will seek a second term. He won 2,151 to 2,108 in 2006.

H.D. 128: Incumbent Peggy Pendleton, D-Scarborough, will seek a second term. She won 2,079 to 2,053 in 2006 with a Green Independent getting 226 votes.

H.D. 129: Incumbent Christopher Barstow, D-Gorham, will seek a fourth term. He won 2,625 to 1,348 in 2006.

H.D. 130: Linda Sanborn, D-Gorham, will run. Incumbent David Farrington, D-Gorham, is serving his second term. Farrington won 1,867 to 1,312 in 2006.

H.D. 131: Incumbent Donald Marean, R-Hollis, will seek a third term, running against William Andrews, D-Buxton. Marean won 2,198 to 1,570 in 2006.

H.D. 132: Incumbent George Hogan, D-Old Orchard Beach, will seek a third term. He won 2,661 to 1,124 in 2006.

H.D. 133: Incumbent Donald Pilon, D-Saco, will seek a third term. He ran unopposed in 2006 and got 2,843 votes.

H.D. 134: Incumbent Linda Valentino, D-Saco, will seek a third term. She won 2,459 to 1,124 in 2006.

H.D. 135: Incumbent Paulette Beaudoin, D-Biddeford, will seek a second term. She ran unopposed in 2006, getting 2,541 in 2006.

H.D. 136: Third-term incumbent Stephen Beaudette, D-Biddeford, will run against Heather Mills, an independent from Biddeford. Mills ran against Beaudette in 2006. Beaudette won 1,240 to 629.

H.D. 138: Incumbent James Campbell Sr., R-West Newfield, will seek a fourth term, running against Lacey Sloan, D-Limerick. Campbell won 2,195 to 1,709 in 2006.

H.D. 142: Incumbent Andrea Boland, D-Sanford, will seek a second term. She won 1,832 to 1,222 in 2006.

H.D. 143: Incumbent John Tuttle Jr., D-Sanford, will seek a third term. He won 1,580 to 715 in 2006.

H.D. 144: Jordan Landry, D-Springvale, will run against incumbent Joan Nass, R-Acton, who is serving her second term. Nass won 1,902 to 1,285 in 2006.

H.D. 145: Thomas Wright, D-Berwick, will run. Incumbent Richard Burns, D-Berwick, is running for the Senate. Burns won 1,739 to 1,150 in 2006.

H.D. 146: Incumbent Bonnie Gould, R-South Berwick, will seek a second term. Gould won 1,433 to 1,367 in 2006, with an independent getting 713 votes.

H.D. 147: Second-term incumbent Kathleen Chase, R-Wells, will run against Fred Houle, D-Wells. Chase won 1,718 to 1,483 in 2006, with an independent getting 351.

H.D. 149: Bradley Moulton, R-Cape Neddick, will run. Incumbent Dawn Hill, D-York, is serving her first term. Hill won 2,599 to 1,535 in 2006.

H.D. 150: Ronald McAllister, D-York, will run against incumbent Windol Weaver, R-York, who is serving his first term. Weaver won 1,899 to 1,698 in 2006.

H.D. 151: Incumbent Walter Wheeler Sr., D-Kittery, will seek a fourth term. He won 2,173 to 767 in 2006.
