Ellis to be named convention officer
By Jessica Alaimo, PolitickerME.com ReporterMINNEAPOLIS – Maine GOP chairman Mark Ellis will be nominated as a convention officer on the floor of the Republican National Convention this afternoon.
Ellis said he landed the position after being elected co-chairman of the Credentials Committee.
The election will occur this afternoon, with proceedings starting at 2:30 p.m.
