O'Malley praises 'old friend' Biden

"I'm delighted that my old friend Joe Biden will bring tremendous experience as Vice President," O'Malley said.

The governor recalled how in 2006, Biden "generously helped me get elected by anchoring a fundraiser for me."

"He brought his mom, who is a wonderful woman."
