Hoyer's House and Senate predictions
By Danny Reiter, PolitickerMD.com ReporterSEVERNA PARK -- House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Mechanicsville) predicted Sunday that Democrats could pick up over 30 House seats, but said getting 60 seats in the Senate would be difficult.
"I think that's a tough road," Hoyer told PolitickerMD.com following a stump speech for 1st Congressional District candidate Frank Kratovil (D-Stevensville). "We're certainly gonna pick up five or six."
