Geppi steps down as chair of Harford central committee
By Danny Reiter, PolitickerMD.com ReporterMike Geppi stepped down as chair of the Harford County Republican Central Committee's on Wednesday, opening the door for the committee's new chair Kim Wagner.
"I feel it's time for others to step up to lead the Harford County Republican Party so that I may explore other ways in which to serve the citizens of Harford County," Geppi told PolitickerMD.com. Geppi will remain involved in the central committee by serving as communications chairman and immediate past chairman.
"I look forward to uniting the Harford County Republican Party as we work toward vicotry in 2010," Wagner said in a statement.
The new lineup of the 12 member central committee is below:
Kim Wagner - chair
Steven Archer - vice chair
Bob Thomas - secretary
Sharon Price - treasurer
Dave Price - chair of bylaws subcommittee
Jim Barron - chair of finance sub committee
Teresa Reilly - chair of voter registration subcommittee
