Cohen Meets With Ulman to Discuss Making Government More Efficient and Effective
The two leaders pledge to continue working together.

Columbia, MD -- Anne Arundel County Councilman Josh Cohen, Candidate for Mayor of Annapolis, met for two hours yesterday afternoon with Howard County Executive Ken Ulman and several senior staff members. Cohen had requested the meeting to learn about Ulman's initiatives to improve government performance and reduce costs. The two also discussed transportation challenges in the Annapolis area. Ulman is a member of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and pledged to examine ways to improve regional transportation coordination for the greater Annapolis area.

The West Annapolis Civic Association has joined with the Wardour Improvement Association and the Admiral Heights Improvement Association to schedule a mayoral candidates forum from 7:00-9:00 pm Thursday, August 27th, in the gymnasium of the West Annapolis Elementary School.They would like to pre-submit a number of talking points to the candidates in advance of the event.
