Michael Dukakis and a blind rabbi walk into a bar...
By Wally EdgeWell, not really a bar. More like a Cape Cod fundraiser for Dennis Shulman, a blind rabbi making a decent, but longshot challenge to U.S. Rep. Scott Garrett in New Jersey's 5th Congressional District.
A conservative New Jersey blog says the former Gov. Dukakis will raise some money for this second-tier House race in South Wellfleet on Sunday.
