Beatty reports $58,448 cash on hand

U.S. Senate candidate Jeff Beatty reported having just $58,448 in his campaign coffers at the end of the 3rd Quarter, according to the summary pages of his Federal Election Commission report released by his campaign.

U.S. Sen. John Kerry, who Beatty is challenging, reported a $5.3 million war chest at the end of the quarter.

Olver trounces Bech in 3Q fundraising, readies TV and radio ads

Congressman John Olver is going into the election with a large cash-on-hand advantage over Republican challenger Nathan Bech, according to the candidates' 3rd Quarter Federal Election Commission reports.
