Nine of Massachusetts' 10 members of Congress voted for the $14 billion auto industry rescue package Wednesday night, according to the roll call.
Congressman William Delahunt, a Quincy Democrat, did not vote. A spokesman for Delahunt told PolitickerMA.com Wednesday night that Delahunt is currently on a previously scheduled congressional delegation trip to Russia to discuss nuclear nonproliferation, the crisis in Georgia and energy issues. The spokesman declined to comment on whether Delahunt supports the bill.
