Kerry to campaign in N.H. this weekend

U.S. Sen. John Kerry is scheduled to attend a series of rallies in New Hampshire on Saturday for Barack Obama's volunteers in the run up to the election, according to the Obama campaign.

The Democratic senator, who was an early endorser of Obama, will start the day in Exeter at a 12:45 p.m. canvassing kick off for Obama volunteers. Kerry will then head to a veterans phone bank in Dover at 2 p.m. and a campus rally at the University of New Hampshire - Durham at 3:30 p.m.

Massachusetts prepares for another all Democratic year

Boston plumbers head to NH to canvass and discredit ‘Joe the Plumber’ for Obama

About 100 members of a Boston plumbers union are heading to New Hampshire Saturday to canvass union members for Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama, the Boston Globe reports.

And Kevin Cotter, the business manager of the Local 12 Plumbers and Gasfitters union, told the Globe that the now famous "Joe the Plumber" will undoubtedly be featured in their conversations.

Romney to hold Boston fundraiser for Sununu
