Kerry skips trip for Senate votes

Mass. Electoral College delegation votes unanimously for Obama, Biden

BOSTON - Massachusetts' 12-member Electoral Delegation voted unanimously on Monday for Barack Obama and Joe Biden to become the next president and vice president of the United States.
