Fernlund: Palin 'high-risk'

Steve Fernlund, the chair of the Red Rock Democratic Club, is criticizing John McCain’s vice presidential selection of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his vice presidential selection.

“It seems to me like a high-risk choice,” said Fernlund. “I don’t know much about the governor of Alaska and I don’t think most Americans do.”

Further, Fernlund argues, Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden’s long experience on the national security front gives him a built-in advantage over Palin.
