Calling Jennifer Horn "a true conservative" former State Senate President Tom Eaton has endorsed the former radio talk show host for Congress.

The move is no surprise to political insiders who remember how in the September of 2005 State Sen. Clegg, who is running against Horn, led a coup of sorts against Eaton, then the Senate President. After losing the Senate presidency, Eaton then lost his own re-election in 2006.

"Jennifer is a true conservative. She is a new face on the campaign trail and is not beholden to any particular group or special interest. As a working wife and mother Jennifer experiences first-hand the problems of everyday America. As a former talk show host and columnist she is already an accomplished and proven communicator," Eaton said in a campaign statement.
