Hogan announces candidacy

Dennis Hogan (R-Nashua) has decided to run for the state senate.

Hogan filed with the Secretary of State office for the Senate District 13 seat. He will be running against state Rep. Bette Lasky (D-Nashua) for the seat being abandoned by state Sen. Joe Foster (D-Nashua).

According to a press release, Hogan said "he intends to make State government more focused, frugal, and fair."

He is an attorney in the Gateway City and ran for the same seat in 2006.
