Biden N.H. chair arrested

The New Hampshire campaign chairman of U.S. Sen. Joe Biden's presidential campaign has been arrested for violating terms of a court order, The Citizen is reporting.

State Rep. Jim Ryan (D-Franklin), who chaired Biden's campaign during the New Hampshire primary, was arrested Tuesday and is currently being held in lieu of $9,675 cash-only bail.

In 2006 Ryan signed a court order saying her would pay $9,675 by May 2007. The money was related to a 1996 case when he was found guilty of violating terms of his probation from a 1992 case.
