Labor hits Sununu with mailer

The AFL-CIO has sent out a mailer to members that is critical of U.S. Sen. John Sununu (R-Waterville Valley).

The union will also call members and go door-to-door to follow-up with members who receive the mailer.

"In the last twelve years, John Sununu has become a creature of Washington. Instead of fighting for New Hampshire's middle class, he's been taking millions from big corporations and protecting their interests," the mailer states.

"John Sununu's record shows he is not concerned with working families' interests," said Mark S. MacKenzie, President of the New Hampshire AFL-CIO.  " Sununu has voted for bad trade deals, like CAFTA, proving that he'd rather send our jobs overseas than support New Hampshire's working people.  Voters have a right to know where Sununu really stands."
