Hillary effort launches in N.H.

Hillary Clinton's political action committee, HillPac, launched a new grassroots effort in New Hampshire.

The effort titled ‘Hillary Sent Me!" is geared towards recruiting Hillary supporters to campaign for Barack Obama and other Democratic candidates.

"I could not be prouder than I am today to have so many of you who are part of the Hillary Sent Me! effort to fan out across our country and that the kickoff event is here in New Hampshire," Clinton said in a phone call to volunteers gathered at Obama's Manchester headquarters.

Clinton also highlighted efforts to help former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen (D-Madbury) defeat U.S. Sen. John Sununu (R-Waterville Valley) in November.

"We especially need to have Jeanne Shaheen in the Senate and we are going to be successful in taking back the White House on November 4th when all the votes are finally counted but we are not going to be able to get anything done if we don't have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate," Clinton said.
