Poll shows Dems leading in major races

A Concord Monitor poll has the Democratic candidate leading their Republican opponent in all the major races in New Hampshire.

The poll has former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen (D-Madbury) beating U.S. Sen. John Sununu (R-Waterville Valley) 50 percent to 43 percent.

In the congressional races, U.S. Rep. Paul Hodes (D-Concord) leaders Jennifer Horn (R-Nashua) 49 percent to 35 percent for the 2nd Congressional District seat and in the 1st Congressional District U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-Rochester) is beating former U.S. Rep. Jeb Bradley (R-Wolfeboro) 48 percent to 43 percent.

As for the gubernatorial race Gov. John Lynch (D-Hopkinton) has a 60 percent to 34 percent lead over state Sen. Joe Kenney (R-Wakefield).
