Wendelboe starts alternative party site

State Rep. Fran Wendelboe (R-New Hampton) has launched a new website called "NH GOP Voice," which she says will serve as an alternative to what she calls an underperforming official New Hampshire Republican Party site.

Since Wendelboe announced the new site earlier today, the state party has updated its own homepage with a link to a Republican National Committee story on state Rep. Sherman Packard's (R-Londonderry) election as House Republican Leader.

Wendelboe is also chairman of the New Hampshire Reagan Network and told PolitickerNH.com last week that she has not yet determined whether she will run for party chairman.

Wendelboe's site also includes information about the county caucuses which are meeting to elect Republicans to the state convention.

New Hampshire Republican Chairman Fergus Cullen told The Union Leader that updating the state site ""hasn't been the highest priority as we entered a post-election environment," and that members who are voting at the caucuses have been notified about the time and location of the meetings.
