Foster not interested in U.S. Attorney post

Former state senator Joe Foster said that he is not interested in becoming the U.S. Attorney for New Hampshire.

"I enjoyed my years of public service in the state senate but I'm currently happily employed by the McLane law firm," Foster told PolitickerNH.com.

Foster was mentioned by PolitickerNH.com in November on a list of possible people who could be line to become U.S. Attorney. This year Foster decided not to seek re-election to the state senate.

Foster is a lawyer with McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton in Manchester.
