Knytych running again in ‘10

LACONIA--Greg Knytych (R-Laconia) has decided that he will run again for the State Senate in 2010.

Knytych lost in November to state Sen. Kathy Sgambati (D-Tilton) by 2,046 votes in State Senate District 4.

"Deciding to run now will help me begin to network with people and raise the money needed for a successful campaign," Knytych told PolitickerNH.com.

Knytych attributed his lost in November to Sgambati's fund-raising advantage.

"She had two years to build a war chest and I wasn't able to counter some of her arguments in the final days of the campaign," he added.

Knytych also said that he will seek another term on the Laconia City Council in November 2009.
