Halldorson staying in race

Despite dealing with family problems, Kelly Halldorson (R-Dover) has decided not to abandon her state Senate campaign.

"I'm having a lot of very difficult family issues right now but my kids want me to stay in the race," Halldorson said in an interview with PolitickerNH.com.

Halldorson said she did not file a fiscal report with the secretary of state because she will not be raising "a lot of money" for her campaign. Any candidate who raised more than $500 was required to report the funding reports to the secretary of state's office last week.
