Huckabee does ad for Clegg

Clegg has launched a radio ad that features former Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-Ark.) praising Clegg's stances on various conservative issues. Clegg supported Huckabee during the New Hampshire primary.

Shea-Porter to begin airing first TV ad

U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-Rochester) is set to launch her first television ad in her re-election campaign.

The ad, which was announced on Shea-Porter's Daily Kos diary page, will begin airing on Thursday and focuses on her efforts to promote health care for veterans. The ad also features a cameo from her mother.

Stephen airs ‘compare’ ad

Three weeks before the Republican primary, John Stephen (R-Manchester) has begun airing a television ad that seeks to draw differences between him and his primary opponent, former U.S. Rep. Jeb Bradley (R-Wolfeboro).

"Jeb Bradley: He's everything that's wrong with Congress," the announcer states.

The thirty-second ad, titled "Compare," will begin airing on WMUR tomorrow.

Update: McCain begins airing new ad

U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) has begun airing an ad attacking U.S. Sen. Barack Obama's (D-Ill.) position on oil drilling.

The ad, titled "Pump," is a thirty-second-ad and is now airing on WMUR.

"Who can you thank for rising prices at the pump?" an announcer asks with a crowd chanting "Obama, Obama."

"One man knows we must now drill more in America and rescue our family budgets," the ad continues. "Don't hope for more energy, vote for it. McCain."

McCain begins airing ‘Troop Funding’ ad

U.S. Sen. John McCain's campaign has begun airing an ad critical of U.S. Sen. Barack Obama's stance on the Iraq war.

The thirty-second ad, entitled "Troop Funding," began airing today on WMUR and is airing in ten other battleground states.

"Barack Obama never held a single Senate hearing on Afghanistan. He hasn't been to Iraq in years," the announcer states. "He voted against funding our troops. Positions that helped him win his nomination. Now Obama is changing to help himself become president."

Obama begins airing ad on nuclear weapons

Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee U.S. Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) has begun airing a new ad in the Granite State.

The ad is entitled "American Leadership" and focuses on Obama's work with U.S. Senator Richard Lugar (R-IN) to stop the spread of nuclear weapons.

"The single most important national security threat that we face is nuclear weapons falling into the hands of terrorists," Obama says in the advertisement. "What I did was reach out to Senator Dick Lugar, a Republican, to help lock down loose nuclear weapons."

Update: National Dems aim to protect Shea-Porter

The DCCC has reserved ad time in 31 congressional races. The topic of the ad has not yet been determined but the ad will run in September and October.

McCain begins airing new ad

U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) has begun airing a new ad in New Hampshire.

The one-minute ad, titled "Love," begins by mentioning McCain's military service and also takes a swipe at McCain's rival, U.S. Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.).

"He [McCain] believes our world is dangerous, our economy in shambles," the ad states. "John McCain doesn't always tell us what we ‘hope' to hear. Beautiful words cannot make our lives better."

McCain to begin running TV ad next week

The presidential campaign of U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) will begin airing another campaign ad on WMUR, beginning next week.

The one-minute ad is scheduled to run from July 7 through July 13 and is part of a $100,000 ad buy, according to public broadcasting forms.

The ad will air on ABC shows ranging from "Ellen DeGeneres", "Oprah," "Nightline," "Martha Stewart", "Chronicle NH," "Good Morning America" and "News9 at 11."

Obama begins airing second ad in Granite State

Presumptive Democratic presidential candidate U.S. Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) has begun airing a second campaign ad in New Hampshire.

The thirty-second ad, titled "Dignity," focuses on Obama's decision to take part in community organizing after graduating from Harvard Law school.

"He worked his way through college and Harvard Law," the ad states. "He turned down big money offers, and helped lift neighborhoods stung by job loss. Fought for workers' rights."

The ad began airing today on WMUR.
