State GOP announces meeting date

The New Hampshire Republican Party has announced that its state committee will meet in mid-January to select a chairman.

Yesterday, in an email to Republicans, Chairman Fergus Cullen said that the meeting will be held on Jan. 17 at Bedford High School.

Over the past four weeks, 14 caucuses have been held to elect almost 500 members to the state committee, which will then vote for party chair. Currently, only former Gov. John H. Sununu has announced his intention to run for chairman of the New Hampshire Republicans.
