Eisenberg says Dodds guilty in jail fight

Leeland Eisenberg says that Gary Dodds will face disciplinary charges relating to an altercation the two had last week, Foster's Daily Democrat is reporting.

Eisenberg made the claims in an interview with the paper from prison. However, prison officials said they could not confirm Eisenberg's claims. Last Friday Eisenberg said that Dodds slapped him after the two made comments about one another's cases.

Dodds, Eisenberg involved in jailhouse fight

Gary Dodds and Leeland Eisenberg were involved in a jailhouse confrontation on Friday, WMUR is reporting.

Dodds is a former congressional candidate and Eisenberg is known for taking Hillary Clinton staffers hostage during the primary.

Dodds found unresponsive in jail cell

Former Congressional candidate Gary Dodds was found unresponsive in his jail cell late this afternoon and was rushed to a nearby hospital, a source close to Dodds told PolitickerNH.com.

Dodds had his bail revoked yesterday a second round of domestic abuse charges against his wife. As a result he was locked up at the Strafford County Jail.

In February he was found guilt for faking his disappearance during his 2006 run for Congress.

Dodds arraigned in Portsmouth

According to The Union Leader, a Portsmouth District Court has set Gary Dodds bail at $25,000 for personal recognizance and $10,000 cash.

Dodds wife seeks divorce

Gary Dodds' wife is seeking a divorce, The Union Leader is reporting. The divorce papers were filed on June 20 but have been kept sealed by the Portsmouth District Court.

The report comes after Dodds was arrested for assaulting a female last Thursday. Foster's Daily Democrat reported that the female was Dodds wife, Cindy.

UPDATE: Police looking for Dodds

Portsmouth police are once again searching for former congressional candidate Gary Dodds.

"No details are available, however police at the scene told The Portsmouth Herald Dodds was wanted on an unspecified warrant. There is no word on whether he was arrested," The Associated Press is reporting.

Dodds to serve prison time

Former Congressional candidate Gary Dodds was sentenced to serve 20 days in prison and pay restitution in relation to his disappearance two years ago.

In February Dodds was convicted on four charges of faking having a car crash and then faking his disappearance while he was running for Congress.

Dodds's attorney is appealing the sentence.

Dodds, on national television, 'disappointed' with decision

Former Democratic Congressional candidate Gary Dodds said he was "disappointed" with three guilty verdicts against him yesterday that he faked his disappearance in after a car wreck 2004 to get publicity for his campaign.

Appearing on ABC's "Good Morning America" today, Dodds broke down after he was asked what his daughters, who are 10 and 15-years-old felt about the possibility he faces nine years of jail time.
