Union Leader Disowns Judd Gregg (via The Globe)

Still think Judas Gregg is the GOP's newest hero?

Kinda hard to do when you've lost Joe McQuaid, the only man on earth who can spin gold out of elephant dung better than Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly:

McQuaid says it's healthy for the state Republican Party to have an open seat, an opportunity for regeneration.

McQuaid said he did not think the Union Leader would have supported Gregg for a fourth term.

Let's leave aside for a minute how full of baloney that statement is.  The Union Leader is, after all, famous for showing support for Charlie Bass no less than three ostentatious times prior to the election, and then telling him never to run again practically the morning after the race.

Jennifer Donahue - the gift that keeps on giving

Ms. Donahue does it again at HuffPo.

My question to the Obama team is this: why nominate a Republican if you don't want to hear different viewpoints? How do you have a "Team of Rivals" if you can't tolerate the rivals?

This is the argument she's making. No where in her (fortunately) brief commentary does she hold Judd Gregg accountable for being unwilling to play with others.

It's those darned myopic Democrats.

I don't get it. How is this woman the political director of ANYTHING?
