Update: Phillies qualifies for N.H. ballot

Despite not gaining his party's presidential nomination, Massachusetts Libertarian George Phillies has qualified to appear on the New Hampshire ballot.

According to the Secretary of State office Phillies has collected 3,369 signatures, surpassing the threshold required by law.

The national Libertarian Party endorsed former U.S. Rep. Bob Barr (Lib.-GA.) at their party's convention over the Memorial Day weekend in Denver and the New Hampshire Libertarian Party is currently in the process of collecting signatures for Barr so his can also appear on the November ballot.

Barr pays visit to Queen City

Barr, a former Republican U.S. House member from Georgia, was nominated at the Libertarian National Convention in Denver over the Memorial Day weekend.
