Senate GOP PAC badly outraised by Dems

The committee raising money for state Senate Republicans was badly outraised this past year by their Democratic counterparts by a margin of nearly 6 to 1.

The Senate Republican Victory PAC reported Wednesday they had raised $74,834 in the past year and currently has $37,673 cash on hand.

In the same period the Senate Democratic Caucus raised $431,927 and was has $107,462 cash on hand.

Senate Dems raise over $400k for PAC

The New Hampshire Senate Democratic Caucus political action committee announced today they had raised $431,927.27 and has $107,462.68 in cash on hand.

"The NH Senate Democratic Caucus raised a historic amount of money because the people of NH appreciate the leadership of Senate President Sylvia Larsen and results of the Senate Democratic majorities work," Senate Democratic Caucus Director Ian Graves said in a statement. "People donated to the caucus so to ensure Democrats to the majority and continue their work on behalf of NH's families."

Dems reveal remaining state senate candidates

The day before the filing period begins; the New Hampshire Senate Democratic Caucus has unveiled its list of state senate candidates.

According to the Senate Democratic Caucus website, candidates have been found for all 24 seats.

Sandy Amlaw will run in District 14 for Bob Clegg's seat, Chaz Proulx will run against state Sen. Jack Barnes (R-Raymond) in District 17 and Paul Dadek will compete against state Sen. Mike Downing (R-Salem) for the District 22 seat.

Tomorrow, all the Democratic senate candidates will file together at the Secretary of State's office.
