Hodes, Shea-Porter voted no

New Hampshire's two members of Congress voted no on the Wall Street bailout bill moments ago.

U.S. Reps. Paul Hodes and Carol Shea-Porter will be holding conference calls soon.

Yesterday U.S. Sen. Judd Gregg said of the bill: “If we don’t pass it, we shouldn’t be a Congress.”

Two peas in a pod?

A Concord Monitor analysis finds that freshmen U.S. Rep. Paul Hodes (D-Concord) and U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-Rochester) share more than just the same political affiliation.

"Both have sided with House Democratic leaders on about 98 percent of votes, according to congressional voting records records," The Monitor concluded.
