Poll shows Brown up by 6

Secretary of State candidate Kate Brown (D-Portland) has a six point lead in the race, according to a poll released Wednesday.

The poll, released by Portland Tribune/Fox 12, shows that Brown has 38 percent of voters backing her, while her campaign rival, Rick Dancer (R-Springfield), has 32 percent of the vote. Pacific Green Party candidate Seth Wooley has four percent of voters supporting him, while 25 percent of voters remain undecided in the race.

The poll was conducted by Davis, Hibbitts & Midghall Inc. by surveying 500 registered voters around the state between. Oct. 23 and Oct. 25. The margin of error in the poll is +/- 4.4 percent.
