HD-37: House race turns ‘nasty’

The race for the HD-37 seat between Rep. Scott Brunn (R-West Linn) and Michele Eberle (D-West Linn) has taken on a nasty tone, according to a report in Thursday’s West Linn Tidings.

Brunn has threatened Eberle with legal action for mailings that FuturePAC sent out accusing Brunn of being against abortion even in cases where the mother’s health was in danger. Brunn is pro life but said he is for abortion in cases of rape, incest, and when the mother's health is in danger.
