Patrick Lavelle Jr. cuts deal with prosecutors, testifying in court

Patrick Lavelle Jr., one of 12 charged in "Bonusgate," in July, is testifying for the prosecution Wednesday morning.

Lavelle testified he cut a deal with the prosecution to testify in exchange for four of the six charges against him to be dropped.

On Tuesday, the attorney for Sean Ramaley, one of Lavelle's co-defendants, told reporters the prosecution had cut deals with two of the defendants.

Lavelle's testimony has focused on fundraising work he alleged he did under the direction of ex-House Minority Whip Mike Veon (D-Beaver County).
