Flush with cash and largely unopposed, Brady helps out Dems

U.S. Rep. Bob Brady (D-Philadelphia) has access to loads of campaign cash as chairman of the city's Democratic Party. But with reelection as sure a thing as any, Brady is spreading the money around.

He faces Republican Mike Muhammad in an overwhelmingly Democratic 1st Congressional District, and Muhammad has largely been a no-show on the campaign trail.

Food, Fumo jokes, candidates galore and a Bob Barr surprise at annual comedy night

U.S. Rep. Brady pushing House superdelegates

Even though he has yet to make his own decision in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination, U.S. Rep. Bob Brady (D-Philadelphia) is pushing his fellow superdelegates in the House to come to make up their minds soon, The Inquirer reports.
