Kal talks cartoons for the Economist

Bill Clinton by KalBill Clinton by KalOver at the Economist, they have posted a couple of really cool videos of their resident editorial cartoonist, Kevin "Kal" Kallaugher, talking shop about some of his cartoons.
Apparently, these videos are part of several multimedia events that will be released through the year to celebrate his anniversary with the magazine.

Get'em while they're hot...Editorial Cartoonists' Signatures!!!!!

I just happened to be on eBay tonight to get reference for a cartoon I'm working on tomorrow (check back later), and I came across some intriguing items.

Maybe one day, when I'm more secure in my profession and have won some national awards, someone might be able to profit off my autograph on eBay, just as they seem to have done from these fine cartoonists..

Gordon Campbell finds a new home...sort-of

Last week, I had a post about Gordon Campbell, who's job was cut from the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin. Well, word come in from Editor & Publisher that Campbell's cartoons have been picked by by Darryl Cagle and his Cagle.MSNBC.com cartoon site.
