Gubernatorial candidates square off again tonight

The third gubernatorial debate of the season between Republican challenger Dino Rossi and Democratic Gov. Chris Gregoire will be tonight in Yakima at 7 PM and will be shown on PBS stations across the state.

Those include KCTS in Seattle, KYVE in Yakima, KSPS in Spokane, KWSU in Pullma, and KTNW in Richland.

The debate is moving quickly, with extremely limited commercial breaks. What does that mean? No live blog. But please check back shortly after the debate for a recap of the night's events.

So far the candidates have disagreed on nearly everything, including the so-called "facts".

Pre-debate update, party spin

Gov. race in YouTube spotlight

Gov. Chris Gregoire and Dino Rossi will have their first debate forum on the internet later this month, as part of a YouTube "citizentube" forum later this year.

LD 36 debate preview

The three candidates running to replace the retiring Democratic Rep. Helen Sommers in Seattle's 36th Legislative District, Republican Leslie Bloss and Democrats John Burbank and Reuven Carlyle, will meet tonight at 7 P.M. at the Nordic Heritage Museum in Ballard for a debate sponsored by the Municipal League Foundation.
